Kroi is a media player platform. It does not provide or sell third-party channels, movies, series, or provider subscriptions.

THE KROI FLOW

Five clear steps.

  1. Choose your source method

    Pick the compatible connection method that matches your source.

  2. Add your source

    Enter the source details supplied by your provider or select your own media.

  3. Pair your TV if needed

    Use the one-time TV handoff when you want Kroi on a television.

  4. Browse and organize

    Let Kroi organize Live, Movies, Series, and EPG around your source.

  5. Unlock playback with Premium

    Activate the Kroi app subscription when you are ready for playback.

PAIR YOUR TV

Confirm the screen, not your provider password.

  1. Open Kroi on your TV and choose the pairing option.
  2. Scan the one-time pattern or enter the short code.
  3. Confirm the Kroi-generated Device ID from your signed-in account.

Pairing codes and handoff links do not contain provider credentials.

QUICK CHECKS

If the flow stops.

  • Confirm the source details match those supplied by your provider.
  • Check that the source service and your internet connection are available.
  • Restart one-time TV pairing if the code has expired.
  • Confirm Kroi Premium is active when playback is the blocked step.
  • Never post provider credentials in a public support message.
